With the addition of a line of brand new folding tables recently launched, we took it upon ourselves to offer a tandem set combining said table with a table cover. The 8 foot table is a fully assembled product that requires no tools to set up, and the molded plastic table top folds in half for 1-person portability. If you've purchased a table skirt from us or plan on doing so, we can help take out some of the mystery regarding table skirts and the table sizes they can go with. We're not talking about simply wrapping a table skirt around a single table, but rather table skirts and their possible configurations with multiple tables.
What this refers to is, for example, when two 6 foot tables are placed together end to end, what size table skirt should you buy to wrap around both tables? Clicking on the picture at right will take you to our Table Skirt Sizing Chart. Once there you will see a simple chart detailing the possible applications for 17.5' and 21.5' long table skirts. Different table skirt lengths are designed for different setups. For instance, if all you want is to surround an 8 foot table in its entirety, buy the 21.5' skirt. On the other hand, if you'd rather have an open area behind the 8 foot table in order to access products or supplies, buy the 17.5' skirt.

Here at TableSkirts we've talked before about our 24 Hour program for getting your custom text applied to our table coverings. What may not be absolutely clear is the number of features we include with this promotion. There are other suppliers doing this but none truly offer the amount of options available to you.
While the font is non-changing (Arial Bold), we offer the customer their choice of 1 color out of 15 available stock colors. This is usual for custom artwork but unheard of among 24 Hour promotion offers. More than one line of text? OK! Different text heights, even for each line? Sure! The last point we'd like to make has to do with the overall size. The heated platens used for adhering the heat-transfer vinyl are of a certain size. If your custom text is short and to the point, we don't limit you to a 3" letter height which would make for a diminutive display on the fabric. On the contrary, we'll attempt to maximize the transfer field to give you the most text coverage for your buck. We do this by scaling your text to the maximum size it will fit into this field, but do it attractively and within reason. It's just another way of providing our customers with the best service available to them!

When you are looking to add printed graphics with many colors (more than 3) onto a table cover, the dye sublimation process is the answer. Your printed table cover starts life as a pristine white fabric. The printed graphics are applied onto every square inch of the fabric with the artwork of your choosing. This artwork can be complex, photographic images with fine gradients. Another reason for utilizing the dye sub process is for exact color matching like, for example, Coca-Cola Red. This week we are spotlighting our royal blue economy table cover. Sized for 6 foot long tables, this cover leaves the rear side of your trade show or banquet table open. Upon hearing the term "organza" you may think our organza overlays would be on the expensive side. Not true. While luxurious silk organza does command a premium, TableSkirts.us.com deals in polyester. Organza is a sheer fabric traditionally woven from silk, exclusively reserved for Chinese Emperors and Royal courts. That expensive and luxurious material is usually applied to wedding dresses and other fashions. For the rest of us, there's polyester! And it's a good thing since we are in the table decorating business. Yet even at this level, polyester organza adds a delicate and airy touch to the proceedings and is a display fabric much used within the event industry.
The fabric is manufactured with a very light weave, making it transparent. The color featured today is a navy blue, but as you can see its sheer qualities render the blue with a much lighter hue. The organza overlay is sized at 85" x 85" square. This shape helps create the interesting display in the picture at right when draped over round tables. Due to its sheer qualities, organza overlays can create decorative accents over standard fabric table covers of a contrasting color. Here is a new product just launched at TableSkirts.us.com, the Red Table Runner. These table displays are available in 2 widths, 30" and 60". Choose the width that best fits the design of your logo, and we'll produce the heat transfer based on your vector artwork. But the thing to remember is we don't charge an art review fee for this service. Since heat transfers require a certain level of simplicity, we are confident the artwork you supply to us will work the first time.
"And what about Murphy's Law?", you say.
We think Murphy would have been on our side, so the statement still stands. Send us your artwork, simplified, all text converted to outlines, all overlapping logo shapes of same color welded together, and we'll take it from there. However, there is the odd occasion where a little bit of tweaking is needed. In which case, our Graphics Transfer Agent (under cloak of anonymity) will perform the needed operation quickly and without incident.
In a perfect world (like here at TableSkirts.us.com) it pays to pause and reflect on all the things that actually went right, like good customer service.

This black premium polyester twill fabric table cover is one of our more economic products. And it should be since the cover is essentially a rectangular piece of fabric. Charging customers hundreds of dollars for such an item is against our religion. But, this product isn't just a "rectangular piece of fabric."
The table cover is seamed at the rear table line to help line up the cover. The fabric is sewn with four rounded corners and falls 2" from the floor. The rear of the table cover is open, allowing for rear seating. The polyester fabric is flame retardant and comes with its own cetificate from an independent testing facility.
